Ahmedabad Real Estate News publishes news, public records and analysis about the real estate sector in Ahmedabad. That is its only purpose. It exists to inform readers, not to transact with them.

The Loan Consultant View in particular
The Loan Consultant View column describes how lenders generally assess real estate proposals. It is written by an intermediary that places loan files with banks and non-banking finance companies. We are not a lender. We do not approve, decline, sanction or price any loan, and we do not speak for any bank or financial institution.
Lending norms differ between institutions, differ between cases, and change without notice. Nothing in that column is an assurance that any particular file will or will not be sanctioned, and nothing in it is an offer of finance.
Accuracy and sources
Information is compiled from publicly available sources, including the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority's project register, municipal authorities and government records. We take care to reproduce it accurately, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Records change after publication, and public records themselves contain errors.
Any figure we publish should be checked against the original record before it is relied upon. Where we know a field is missing we say so rather than filling the gap.
No affiliation with any authority
Ahmedabad Real Estate News is not affiliated with, endorsed by, appointed by, or acting on behalf of the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority, any municipal corporation, any development authority, or any other government body. References to authorities and to registration numbers are factual references to public records.

Project names, firm names and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the record being reported.
Who publishes this, and the connection we disclose
This publication is published by Kamal Thakkar & Co., a loan consultancy in Ahmedabad. That firm funds the publication. It does not influence what the publication reports, and no project receives or loses coverage because of any business relationship. We state this openly rather than leaving readers to discover it.
